Constellation: World Vision international talent online contests rules.

Application Deadline

​The materials and participation fee (in the 5th season) must be submitted by November 30, 2021.

The results will be announced within two weeks after the deadline.

Application Form

Reasons to participate

  1. On the expert council of our jury – musicians, music professors from state conservatories and music academies, representatives of music labels, music media, artistic directors. Theater and film directors. Artists and gallery owners. Choreographers and dance show directors. Talent managers. Kind people who want to help every talent.

2. We do professionally and every day:

  • publish our contestants’ creative works; 
  • publish and promote contestants’ creative pages; 
  • collect online portfolios for the participants of our creative projects;
  • make the names of artists recognizable and famous.

3. Zero risk – you will pay the participation fee after qualified for the competition.

4. Donations from the public. Gain public support and pay the participation fee from donations or use it any way you like.

5. Amazing networking opportunities: stay in contact with participants from all over the world, get a chance to become the Constellation World Talent Network artist.

Goal

The main goal of the competition is to find and show interesting talented people who deserve public attention to a wide world audience. We affirm that every talent has the right to be a star. And each star is important for the constellation of cultures in this world.

Eligibility

Creative people of all ages who present their creative works in all kinds of arts. 

We do not limit our contestants in their imagination and creativity. We invite musicians – vocalists, instrumentalists, songwriters, composers, conductors. We invite theater and film actors, reciters, directors, clip makers. Dancers and choreographers, acrobats. Artists and designers. Craftsmen of arts and crafts. Students and teachers. Beginners and masters. Amateurs and professionals. Creative families.

Participants compete in their genres, amateurs with amateurs, professionals with professionals. Everyone receives well-deserved marks and awards, no one pushes anyone out of the competition.

Contests

There are contests for creative people in the World Vision contest system:

  • singers’ contest;
  • songwriters;
  • composers;
  • instrumental music (all):
    – piano;
    – string instruments;
    – wind instruments;
    – percussion;
    – traditional, etc.
  • conductors;
  • accompanists;
  • music videos makers;
  • actors (including recitation), directors (theater and cinema);
  • artists;
  • designers (including fashion theaters);
  • photo artists;
  • dancers, choreographers;
  • circus artists;
  • arts and crafts masters, etc.

Age Categories

  • 3-6 years old
  • 7-10 years old
  • 11-14 years old
  • 15-18 years old
  • 19-25 years old
  • Over 25 years (adults of any age)
  • Mixed-age category
  • Teacher + student
  • Creative family

For groups, the age is determined by the senior participant.

Skill Levels

Contestants are divided into two main categories – Amateurs and Professionals.

Children and teenagers who do not receive special education, but simply show their creativity as a hobby, as well as adults like them, are “amateurs”.

Children and teenagers who seriously study the relevant arts, as well as adults with specialized education and work in their specialty, are “professionals”.

Awards

Participants will be awarded Diplomas for:

  • Grand Prix
  • First place
  • Second place
  • Third place
  • Fourth place
  • Honorable mention
  • Audience Award

Grand Prix can be awarded for outstanding creative works.

The jury can award a participant with high scores a package of promotion services worth up to €1,000.

What to Apply

Live video recordings

  • Songs and instrumental music
  • Choreographic and acrobatic creative works
  • Recitation of poetry and prose, acting on stage and for video viewers
  • Presentation of their creative works by artists and arts & crafts masters
  • Presentation of creative works of fashion designers, including fashion theaters

Video recording should be a fair representation of the participant’s abilities but does not need to be of professional quality. The applicant’s name and exact title of the recording must be included in the description of the video on YouTube.

For composers. One selection of any music compositions of your choice, written by the applicant within the past five years. The duration of the video or MP3 recording must be up to 10 minutes. 

Studio Works

  • Music videos with studio sound
  • Studio audio recordings of songs and instrumental music

Photos

  • Photos of artists’ works
  • Photos of arts & crafts creative works
  • Photos of creative works of fashion designers

Etc.

How to Apply

To apply for the Contest, participants must submit the following information (using the application form):

  • A completed online Application Form
  • YouTube link to the video recording
  • Biography of the solo applicant or an ensemble, approximately 150 words. The main thing is to give us interesting information about your creative life. Occasions that have inspired you and can inspire other people to be creative.
  • Portrait photo of the applicant or the ensemble by e-mail (contest administrator will indicate it)

Participation Fee

The participation fee depends on the package.

Standard

Participation Fee = $24 (20 €) for one creative work. For each next creative work, starting from the second = $12 (10 €).

In Standard package:

  • Participation in the contest;
  • Evaluation by our Jury Members;
  • Publication of the participant’s personal contest page on the CWTN website;
  • Diploma.

Extended

Participation Fee = $35 (30 €) for one creative work. For each next, starting from the second = $18 (15 €).

In Extended package:

  • Participation in the contest;
  • Evaluation by our Jury Members;
  • Publication of the participant’s personal contest page on the CWTN website;
  • Diploma;
  • Certificate for the teacher;
  • Recommendation from the Jury;
  • The jury can award a participant with high scores a package of promotion services worth up to €1,000.

Star Page

Participation Fee = $59 (50 €) for one creative work. For each next, starting from the second = $30 (25 €).

In Star Page package:

  • Participation in the contest;
  • Evaluation by our Jury Members;
  • Publication of the participant’s personal contest page on the CWTN website;
  • Diploma;
  • Certificate for the teacher;
  • Recommendation from the Jury;
  • Star Page (portfolio page) of our contests participant on the CWTN website;
  • The jury can award a participant with high scores a package of promotion services worth up to €1,000.

Star & Promo Pages

Participation Fee = $100 (85 €) for one creative work. For each next, starting from the second = $30 (25 €).

In Star & Promo Pages package:

  • Participation in the contest;
  • Evaluation by our Jury Members;
  • Publication of the participant’s personal contest page on the CWTN website;
  • Diploma;
  • Certificate for the teacher;
  • Recommendation from the Jury;
  • Star Page (portfolio page) of our contests participant on the CWTN website;
  • Promo Page (for new creative works promotion and advertising) of our contests participant on the CWTN website;
  • 20 days of paid advertising on Facebook & Instagram;
  • The jury can award a participant with high scores a package of promotion services worth up to €1,000.

Each contestant after Application Deadline receives a personal creative page in the section of the current contest season on this website. One or more of the contestant’s creative works are published on such a page. The page is optimized for search engines and constantly advertises this contestant’s talent.

After approval of the application, an invoice for payment is sent to each contestant by e-mail.

Participation Fees are not refundable.

Copyright

We ask all participants to carefully indicate the authors of creative works – themselves and other people if the works of other authors are performed. Make sure the authors do not object to, for example, covering their songs and performing their music by you in creative contests. Or get permission from authors and copyright holders. We respect the authors’ rights and ask everyone to do the same. Performers are solely responsible for copyright infringement when performing works by other authors.

If an applicant is under 18 years old, the application form must be signed (endorsed) by a parent or guardian of the applicant (parent or guardian first & last name, e-mail, phone at the beginning of the application form and confirmation at the end of the application form).
