ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

Constellation World Talents, International Association of Arts and Educational Contests (CWTIAAEC) is a non-profit, non-governmental, international organization based on membership.

Purpose and objectives of the Association

The main goal of the Association is to promote the development of culture and education throughout the world, as well as international cooperation in the field of art and educational competitions, improving their quality, transparency and objectivity of evaluation. We evaluate creative works (not only summatively, but also formatively), provide information and methodological assistance to children and adults, students and teachers, advertise and promote the best creative, methodological and scientific works in the fields of arts and education.

The main objectives of the Association are:

  • Unification of standards. Development and implementation of unified international standards (criteria, regulations) for conducting art and educational competitions.
  • Exchange of experience. Creation and support of a platform for the exchange of experience between organizers, jury members and participants of competitions.
  • Quality assurance. Certification of competitions that meet the high standards of CWTIAAEC, and maintenance of the Register of certified competitions.
  • Mobility promotion. Support for artistic and educational mobility of participants, jury members and teachers.
  • Educational activities. Organization of conferences, seminars, master classes and trainings.
  • Protection of rights. Protection of professional interests and rights of organizers, jury members and participants of competitions.

Membership

The Association establishes the following categories of membership:

  • Full members. Organizations, institutions, entrepreneurs, cultural and educational figures that are organizers of competitions that meet the standards of the Association.
  • Associated members. Educational institutions, foundations, public organizations, entrepreneurs, cultural and educational figures that share the goals of the Association.
  • Honorary members. Prominent figures of art and education who have made a significant contribution to the development of competitive activities. Granted by decision of the Board.

Terms and procedure for obtaining membership:

  • Admission to the Association is carried out on the basis of a written application from the candidate and recommendations of at least two full members.
  • The decision on admission is made by the Board of the Association by a simple majority of votes.
  • Membership is acquired from the moment of payment of the entrance fee.

Members of the Association have the right:

  • Participate in the activities of the Association and its events.
  • Make proposals for consideration by the governing bodies.
  • Use the symbols and resources of the Association (for certified contests).
  • Receive information about the activities of the Association.
